Disappointing ExperienceWe hired JP to address airflow issues in our home, paying $10,000 for what we hoped would be a professional and thorough solution. Unfortunately, what followed was a series of missteps. From not appreciate the timing of ordering a special air coil that caused delays to forcing us to stay in hotels during one of the hottest summers, the project was plagued by poor planning and broken promises. Despite repeated assurances, the job was not completed properly. To make matters worse, JP installed components in such a way that we now need to hire another contractor just to access the filter. His response? He’s “too busy” to fix his mistakes. This has led to more costs and ongoing frustration. In our experience, JP’s friendliness and enthusiasm didn’t translate to competency or follow-through. We will not be working with him again and would caution others to do their due diligence before hiring him.Update: we have another technician in and he said this is a ridiculous way to leave this and dangerous. He said it was ridiculous. The duct tape, the strap and the lack of access to our filter. He fixes this in ten minutes. And response to the owner, it wasn’t three years ago. And the response proves what a mess was made of this ensure situation. As for my reviews, I give out good ones and bad ones. And we aren’t a family that is hard to please but when you go over budget and don’t fix your mistakes, we write a review. There were lots of chances and so much stringing along. We asked about this months ago and just now were told no. Patience ran out.
